When you sign up with gCasey Photography, you will have access to a suite of customized event services. I offer a variety of exciting services that will make your next picture day the best one you have ever had.
• Quick-Ship Program: Get your order back in 10 days!
• Custom Web Portal: We will provide a FREE web portal for your organization for all your photo day event needs. Parents may go online to view products and place orders BEFORE their event, as well as download order forms, instructions and more. Coaches may view the Picture Day schedule and email the link to their team or sign up for a convenient time slot.
• Easy Re-Order Program: Simplify the viewing and ordering of your online photos with Easy Re-Order. Return any time to my online store to view your images and purchase photos
• Custom Graphics: From unique sport specific graphics to your own organization’s logo, custom graphics allow each customer to enjoy their photos in their own unique way, and allows leagues and schools to include their logos on each product
• Scheduling That Fits Your Schedule: From a single camera set up to 10 cameras or more, I will accommodate your unique scheduling needs by staffing your event according to the time schedule that fits your needs.
• Event Staffing: I will provide as many cameras, Photographers, Assistants and Customer Service staff at your events to ensure that we run an organized, on-time event THAT MEETS YOUR SCHEDULE CRITERIA. We will provide from 1 to 10 or more camera stations, depending on your needs. Each station will be staffed with an experienced Photographer and an Assistant who poses each player and helps keep us on schedule. Teams will be greeted by 2 or more Customer Service and Check-In staff members. An Event Manager will be on site to manage the overall event. It is important to us that your event runs on time!
• Pre-Event Ordering: I now offer the convenience of pre-ordering. Parents may go online BEFORE their event to browse and purchase their items
• Online Picture Day Scheduling for Coaches: I offer a convenient self serve method for coaches to sign up for thier Picture Day time slot. This service is especially popular with travel teams. Coaches just go to the online Picture Day schedule for their club and sign up for a time slot. It’s easy and convenient!
• Pre-Event & Post-Event support: Your organization will be assigned a dedicated Account Manager who will provide pre-event and post-event support. We will take care of all the scheduling, customer calls, etc. Your Account Manager will work with you to ensure that all your scheduling and event planning requirements are met
• Ship-To-Coach Program: We can ship each team’s orders directly to coaches. Virtually no volunteer involvement is required from your organization’s staff for the delivery of picture orders (this is an optional program)

Picture Day Process:
Scheduling: gCasey Photography will assign a dedicated Account Manager who will provide pre-event and post-event support. We will take care of all the scheduling, customer calls, etc. Your Account Manager will work with you to ensure that all your scheduling and event planning requirements are met.
Organization: Your picture day will be staffed with plenty of photographers and staff to ensure that your event remains on time throughout the day. Staying on time is extremely important to the success of our program. We will staff each event based on your preferred schedule.
Turn Around: gCasey Photography will deliver your photo orders in as little as 10 days from your Picture Day event (10 days with Quick-Ship program, 2-3 weeks for normal delivery). Photographs will be organized by division and team for easy distribution. Please ask about our Ship-To-Coach program, which eliminates having to hand out photo orders.
