Temporary Stay at home order
At gCasey Photography, our hearts go out to all who have been affected by the coronavirus.
We have been and continue to comply with local and state mandates, rules, and guidelines.
Some schools and school districts anticipate the possibility of reopening yet this Spring. For all of the school photography jobs scheduled by gCasey Photography through early March - which were actually photographed - - - pictures have either been delivered to your school, or are in process. If you placed an online order for a school picture project which was not photographed, you are eligible for a refund. For California schools, as you know, Governor Newson has closed schools for the remainder of the 2019 - 2020 school year, and you will receive a refund for your online order if your school was not photographed.
A few schools received delivery of pictures after closing, and they will advise you on what plan will be implemented for you to pick up or otherwise receive your picture order.
For the sports league that were photographed prior to the closure, we are just waiting for the Stay at Home order to be lifted to deliver the photos to your league. If you league has not been photographed, and you are not sure if they will reopen, we are just in a waiting game. If you want a refund for sports portraits not photographed, please contact customer service via email. Support@gcaseyphotogrpahy.com
We will continue to monitor the data and recommendations from the CDC and WHO, local authorities, and your school or sports league.
